Star Wars Launch Bay in Tomorrowland???

I am at DLR right now and curious about Launch Bay.

I tried finding out info about the current status of Launch Bay online, but it just talks about its closure.

People are currently sitting up there dining. Is it a restaurant now? Or public eating area? Or staff lounge?

What IS it now, exactly???

The Skyline Terrace was there before the Launch Bay closed. It previously was a dessert and character experience, as well as a fireworks viewing area. Now it is a dinner experience and fireworks viewing area.

Nothing is currently in the Launch Bay. I believe they use it as a merch pickup area for special events, and I also remember seeing somewhere that a DVC lounge would be opening there, but the latter might have been speculation.
