So….I did get a CM on another line on the passholder line after waiting 2 hours, and she confirmed that my BF has the code, but somehow I don’t. We both have active platinum APs. she said the Galactic Cruiser line was closed so they are asking people to call back later, so I asked to speak to the help desk to fix my account. The guy there said both of us were opted out of communications?? What?? We got the email about the Remy preview and booked that no problem. i still don’t know what happened to MY code.
………and I’m still on silent hold on my iPhone……..will they ever answer, or am I in a Galaxy Far, Far, Away………at least we have our code??
