Star Wars Dessert party and Fantasmic

Just booked the dessert party for June 12 but now I'm concerned about seeing Fantasmic and doing the dessert party. The said check in for the party is 8:45 with fireworks at 9:45. Any advice!

I've never done the desert party..but I have seen quite a few people mention this subject and basically say you'll either need to choose the desert party or Fantasmic. That if you go to Fantasmic, you won't have enough time to enjoy the desert party. I also believe that they start putting the deserts away right before the fireworks start.

Someone that's done it could probably provide more info. But I think if you do Fantasmic, you won't have enough time to enjoy the desert party.

I've never done the desert party but they are setup and going before fantasmic ends. it's in the middle of everything. I can't really see being able to pull off both. basically it suddenly gets crowded for fireworks, they start announcing 5-10 minutes and it happens. it's really close.

We did the dessert party and Fantasmic on separate nights. To get a table with a good view of the fireworks, I think you will need to be at the dessert party before the 8:45 p.m. check in.
