Star Wars characters outside of SWW?

Do they still have some Star Wars characters making appearances outside of the Star Wars weekends at HS? Last time I was ther in February 09, some storm troopers and others appeared inside the ride queue for star tours. Do they still do this?

Not inside the queue, but Darth Vader, Darth Maul and storm troopers still appear in the Jedi training show by the star tours ride.

Darth Vader and the Stormtroopers are sometimes in that platform area off of the Star Tours FP line if JTA has been rained out. They do a brief meet and greet with the kids and their families whose session was canceled due to rain.
