Star Wars and a Dream Cruise

Hi everyone  I would like to join this here jolly crew! pirate:
DS & I just got back from our 2nd Dream cruise. I booked this one before we reached port. They saw me coming! :rotfl2:

We participated in the FE exchange for the first time this last cruise. It was so much fun we definitely want to do it again. We didn't have any planned meets. I think it was because of it being a 3 night cruise, schedules were tight. My first cruise was a 3 night as well. Way too short. The meets sound like fun. I'm so excited to have the 4th night for this cruise. :jumping1:

-For those trying to decide 1st or 2nd dinner seating, I have done both. IMO, I rather the 2nd seating. I had enough time to relax & get myself ready, not just my ds! When I had 1st seating, I always felt rushed for time, especially when participating in port excursions. 5:45 came around quick. I hope this helps! :)

Alright! This sounds like a great way to explore the whole ship! Our family of 4 will be going on our first cruise on the Dream, and are very excited!
Myself Jessie (33) DH Robert (32) DS JC(14) DD Kelsie(4)!
I'm hoping Disney Husband, Disney Son and Disney Daughter are the correct abbreviations! Lol! We will be in 10660!
Thanks for the invite and I'm hoping to find a Dreamy fish extender! And I'm sure I'll find some great inexpensive items to share with others! How do we know the room numbers of others? Will we get a list closer to our trip time?!http://www.***********************/tickers/a2me4s4oq2iajv4b.png

I am so happy that I'm not the only first time cruiser! How is everyone else passing the time? I can't believe it's finally less than a year away. :D

Hi Megan ,
we are working on our August disney and Hopefully Universal trip , and im so thinking when i get back that i will start looking into airfare for this cruise :cool1:
time is flying WOOOO HOOOO! hope you have a magical summer pixiedust:

I agree with Disney67 on this one. I have the 10 th edition of their guide book, and its worth its weight in gold!

Disney 67,

What time are you all planning on arriving at port? We're planning on flying in the night before, but I wasn't sure what the best port arrival time would be. Also, we currently have first seating, but do you prefer second seating for any specific reason? I've been reading all sorts of opinions here on the boards, and I'm starting to think that second seating may work out better for us.

WELCOME ABOARD TO ALL THE OTHER NEWBIES. JUST OVER A YEAR NOW. WHOOP WHOOP!

now that my daughter is older (11) and we've cruised enough that we've seen all the shows, we find that the later seating gives us more time to enjoy the day, be it pool, spa, games, or whatever. It's a personal preference thing, but I never would have considered the late seating when she was younger.
