Star Towncar canceled - thanks for the advice!

I really appreciate the advice I received after asking about Star towncars. WDW Travel made the reservation for me, so I called today to cancel. The person I spoke with asked why, and when I told her that their reputation was terrible, she asked where I heard this. I told her it was thanks to the helpful people who responded to my post on the DIS forum! I reserved a towncar with FL Tours instead, also thanks to DIS. I'm traveling to WDW for the first time, and, as a single mom with a 6 year old, I really want the trip to be as easy as possible. Hopefully, FL Tours will help make the transportation problem free!
