Star Tours age requirement

What is the age requirement for a child to ride alone on Star Tours? Our 9 year old loves this ride but the rest of the family can't handle the motion. Thanks!!

As HopperFan said, children 7 and up can ride rides alone. I'm not sure if you've been there before or not, but just wanted to point out the ride will exit into the Star Tours gift shop, so you could meet your child at the end of the ride exit ramp if you are looking for a meet-up spot.

And they are strict on the age 7 limit. My boys wanted to ride some things together this trip. They are 7 and 9. We were always in the "car" right behind them. He was often asked twice in the queue how old he is.

They stopped Haunted Mansion for about 5 minutes while we were waiting to get on because a cm asked a girl how old she was (after she was seated, but just before entering the tunnel) because she was 6 and the girl she was with was about 10.
