Star Taxi Towncar??

Okay, so I was one of those people who knew almost nothing before booking my trip and, I'm sure paid too much money booking through Disney travel. One of the things I purchased was "towncar" service. The voucher says it's with Star taxi towncar. I just read on the trip report board that someone had a horrible expirience with them. Has anyone else used them? Are there any good reports? Were they on time? friendly? Should I just give it up now and and plan to spend the extra money and book with FL tours or tiffanie? Any and all opinions welcome and appreciated.
