Standard Rooms at Grand Californian

Hi All!
I'm sure this question has been answered a 100+ times, but seeing as though the search feature is down, I guess I'll bug y'all with the questions....

What are the various standard room views at the Grand Californian? I presume parking lot is standard, but are there other standard view rooms? Is the pool/"courtyardish" area considered standard view? What else?

Also, on the Grand Californian resort maps that have recently been posted in other threads, any insight as to where/what room numbers are considered standard view?

Finally, in the new wing, for those rooms that aren't for DVC members, are there standard rooms available or are they all considered theme park views?

Thanks for any info you can provide! As you can probably tell we're likely staying in a standard view room.

We've stayed twice in a standard room and each time we faced Downtown Disney. The first time I was afraid that it would be too noisy, but surprisingly we didn't hear anything unless we opened up the balcony door. Sorry, but I can't remember what our room numbers were.

I don't know anything about the new wing, other than that's where the DVC rooms are.

We just returned from a trip and stayed in a standard room. We were on the third floor right in between the two sets of elevators. We thought the location was perfect. We have two boys and they were thrilled that they could stand on the balcony and watch the monorail go by the room. When I booked it, I requested a courtyard view close to the elevators. The courtyard view is different from the pool view that is an additional charge.

I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your other question about the DVC rooms.
