stamps- circle dots

Does Michael's or Stampin up sell the stamps that look like a circle made up of dots?
I know Hero Arts has them but don't really want to order online.

I see these circle dots in magazine LO's a lot and like them.

I found 2 stores in the city that carry Hero Arts stamps.

One is an educational store and the other is a paper store. Will have to go check them out.
