Stalking for the BWV win!

So we recently got APs (yay!!) and of course I had to immediately figure out when we could go.

Originally booked a preferred studio at SSR for our Aug 1-6 trip and waitlisted BLT lake view and BWV pool/ garden. We love the option to walk to a park.

Our waitlist for BLT came through after 2 days, and I thought that I was done. BUT… I’ve been stalking (2-3 times a day) for BWV since we booked a couple weeks ago.

It was there last night!!! Woohoo! So now we are in a BWV studio and we’re even more excited about our upcoming trip.

Just had to share our excitement, and that waitlisting can work, but stalking does the trick, too!

I've done my share of waitlisting and stalking and I've had some recent good luck with both.

Now waitlisting/stalking for upcoming trips in Sept and Oct for something in the Boardwalk area as well for the same reason...ability to walk to HS and EP.

I stalked and got a BWV one bedroom for next Friday. I had been so worried about maybe having to do stairs at OKW. Its just a one night stay before heading to Miami, and ultimately DCL’s east bound transatlantic cruise!

Yeah! I just did the same last week to get my two June njghts from SSR to RIV.

The website has its issues but the fact we have access 24 hours makes stalking a wonderful thing!!

Glad you got the room you wanted. We just stalked our way into 2 bucket list rooms this morning -- a studio for 5 nights @ Copper Creek during Thanksgiving week (bucket list because it is during the holidays) and a 1 bedroom at VGF for 5 nights this summer.

Always a good feeling to snag that perfect reservation! We are taking my granddaughter on her first WDW trip and really wanted to get CC 2 bedroom at 7 months. It was looking bleak leading up to the booking date but at the last minute it came open! DW and I were very excited, we love WL. Gotta pick up some points there at some point...
