Sounds like a fun trip!

I'll join you in that rib cook off! I make some mean ones, if I do say so myself! The secret is in the beer!

BTW, it is a 30 second rule! Princeton did a study on it. Its official.

So Poly...does that beer go ON the ribs or IN the belly?

My favorite is some nice center cut pork loin cut into chops and then BBQ'd over charcoal, a nice baked tater with onions and mushrooms, my special baked beans and LOTS AND LOTS of Bud select...... I am all tingley just thinking about it.

BTW..... Ms Gussy... its diesel fuel... not gas thats holding things up. I am wearing down Disneymommy but your favorite BOY isnt cutting it in school so his year may not end in early June ! Maybe have your oldest DD convince him that girls like guys with good grades !

No, the ribs are first steamed in beer. I can not spill the rest of the secret like Stack spilled the food. It could get messy.

And I thought I was the only one who steamed my ribs before they hit the grill! Never thought to steam them in beer...I'll have to try that if my hubby will let me "waste" one!

Diesel fuel, gas whatever! Speaking of diesel fuel, I finally got to drive the dually last week. I think it has been the first time in over a year that I actually drove it somewhere. I picked Addie up in Lakeland and headed to Lazydays. It is my Magic Kingdom! We spent ALL DAY there looking at campers. As for the boy, tell Ryan he is killing my plan. I think if he chooses to fail, let him repeat the grade. (That way you can use summer school money for DIESEL FUEL) How can I heckle the neighbors if I don't know them! Well, I could, but it would be rude.

Well, we were actually going to grill hamburgers and hotdogs last Friday and you were going to get the invite, but life intervened. Bill, Addie, Skeeter, Sadie (so Annie would have a friend) and myself were going to sit around and drink what ever while talking about Bigdisneydaddy! I have no shame. Maybe in July, but you are not allowed to grill!

BDD, Keep wearing Bigdisneymomma down. Patti, we need you. (Like Addie and I don't get into enough trouble on our own, we need one more ) I have a need to see the boys, or corrupt them, which ever comes first. We can't get a porch picture without the Burl stand in!

Maybe I can go to the sporting goods store and buy some of that stuff receivers put on so the ball doesn't slip when they catch it. Just pour the whole damn can on. I have been making some mean Kungaloosh lately. After I pour it in the glass I put about a 1/2 shot of Capt. Morgan on top. Makes it pretty good. If I get invited over make sure I just drink beer. Kungaloosh makes people say things they ought not to say sometimes. I'll still make everybody else one just keep a cold Mich Ultra in my hand.

Cool! Kungalooshes just make me talk gibberish. I have to admit, Donnie, I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping this tid bit would be juicier. The Dis has been a little slow today.
