St. Thomas Bike Tour

Has anyone done this excursion? It is rated for ages ten and up. My just 10 yo daughter is interested, but a little concerned that it may be too much for her. She is a pretty good cyclist, but young.

Can't give you an answer but can give you a bump.

If you're talking about the Water Island Mountain Bike Adventure (I saved all the handouts from our cruise) then I notice that it's rated strenuous. I would talk to the CMs on the cruise staff about exactly HOW strenuous it is. Also, is she good on a MOUNTAIN bike on a trail rather than a paved road?

Maybe some other posters can help you out with their experience.
