St. Patrick's Day @ WDW?

We will be at WDW the week of St. Patrick's Day. We are anticipating Spring Break crowds. Spring Break is dictating our dates too.

How do the parks typically recognize St. Paddy's Day?

Will the crowds be larger at Epcot on St. Paddy's Day which is Monday 3/17? What about Sunday 3/16?

I don’t believe St Patrick’s day affects park crowds. There are normally celebrations Raglan Road at DS but that’s all I’ve heard of.
