St. Paddy's Day

My son and I are having breakfast at Mickey's Surf Up on St. Paddy's Day. Do they do anything different?

Probably not...the character meals don't tend to do anything different for any of the "seasons" or holidays.

I'd be interested to know if the parks in general do anything different on that day? Food, merchandise, even little things? That'll be our last day there.

The Parks Blog posted a photo of some of the St. Patrick's Day themed confectionery items that they would be selling (from 3/6 to 3/19).

Usually, the restaurants in DTD offer special menu items for St. Patrick's Day (some only on that day, others for longer), but those often aren't announced until a week or so beforehand. There is probably a small amount of merchandise (e.g., a limited edition pin, a plush, an antenna topper, etc.).
