St. Maarten Excursions for pre-teens & teens

We will have 3 adults and 4 boys (11, 12 15 & 16) with us when we cruise. Which excursions would you recommend? The Rhino Rider and Snorkeling Adventure caught my eye, especially since it's only 3 hours which means we will have time for shopping, etc. Has anyone done this?

Rhino Riders looked like a lot of fun. Also, the America's Cup Regatta. You can help sail an America's Cup yacht.
