Here is a response I typed up for a similar question a few months ago....

You cannot get passes online. However, you can buy gift certificates at disneystore.com through MyPoints and use them to buy passes at the
Disney Store.
*******
2 things have to happen.
#1- and most important make sure they take GCs for passes at your store
Call your local dis store and talk to a manager (get a name) and make sure you can use GC's to buy passes. This is very important(you could get stuck with a lot of money you have to spend at dis store). I called 3 stores they all said yes. Then when I went to buy them a 1 store they said yes as well (I didn't buy them at that store when I realized I would have to come back a month later to pick them up(we were not at our local one)). Then a couple of days later at the one closer to our house when I did order them they said it was no problem, and again when I picked the up no problem, paid in full with GCs.
*******
#2- MyPoints has to come through for you and award your points. This to me was not such a big deal, because if they did not, I was not really out anything.(as long as DS took GCs)
------------
This is exactly what I did this during the last double points promotion. I bought $1000 worth of GCs (used my CC to get $10 cash back), bought our APs. About 1 month later, no points. Emailed MyPoints and within days... 4000pts. -about $35 worth of points.
So I got about $45 out of it. The only thing that I could have done better was to wait a couple of months and see if a Disney Store promotion came along like it did last year (buy AP get $50 GC) or Spend $50 get a free T-shirt etc...
Any Questions?

A couple of notes for you.
The ones I called were Mid Rivers, Chesterfield, and maybe the Galleria (not sure about the 3rd one)
The one I originally stopped in to buy them, and would have had no problem was Chesterfield, and the one that I did buy and pick them up at with no problem was Mid Rivers Mall, I even used my left over credit to buy Disney Dollars for our trip.
hope this helps.
One other note, if you have the money, buy them early (I only bought at the time I did because of the double points promotion) But it paid off because now it would cost an extra 60 bucks for the same tickets!!!
