Hi,
We didn't book any excursions, we thought in St. John we would like to do the tram way ride.(The frozen drinks on the web site look very yummy).
We also thought DD would like Coral World.

Is there enough time for both?

Would it be better to do Coral World first then get back close to the port?

We were going to depend on taxi's to get us to Coral World and back.

I also would LOVE to get some shopping time in as well.

I can't help you with your questions but I think you are talking about St. Thomas - not St. John :D

We went to St. John on our own and spent no time on St. Thomas. If you would like to know about St. John, I'd be happy to share.

The ship docks at St. Thomas but the island of St. John is very close and many people choose to go immediately there and spend all of their time because that island is very pristine and beautiful. St. Thomas is also beautiful but is much more commercial.

I would guess that you would have time to do both. The tram is right by the port. I haven't done it so hopefully others could tell you how long it takes. Coral world was fun. We did it as part of a city tour so I'm guessing there would be time to do both. Hope that helps.

ST. Thomas as the tram - but St. John has Trunk Bay!!! I guess you know where we are headed!!!

Loved the island tour of St. John but when we stopped to see Trunk Bay......that made our decision for this cruise!!!

Can't wait! 23 days to go!
