St. Augustine to POR

Friends driving down next week and they are spending the night in St Augustine before they check into POR. They will drive in on a Sat morning, should they take the Sanford exit and drive in or just stay on I-4? What's their best route? Thanks for your help.

On a Saturday I'd stick with I-4. It should take 2-2.5 hours from St. Augustine to WDW.
