after seeing Colleen's pictures of SSR on another post and seeing how far between balconies , my ? is will all the rooms at SSR have balconies or patios?

I noticed that, too. I thought maybe they were two-bedrooms. Anyone know the answer on the balconies?

I was told all ssr units would have balconies, but i'm sure someone else will know for sure.

One of the books I got when we purchased at SSR has layouts of all the units and they all say private porch or balcony

We may be seeing the 2 bedroom units in the pictures because they have the porch (balcony) off the living room area (center of the unit) and both bedrooms have 2 windows.

The sections where you see two balconies side-by-side should be the two-bedroom lockoffs. If reserved as a 1B and a studio, each room will have its own balcony.

The sections where you see a single balcony covering a fair stretch of real estate would be the dedicated 2Bs. Those rooms would just have the one balcony off of the living room. The flanking bedrooms would not have their own balconies.
