SSR - Which building?

Which SSR building location should I request? I'll have a car only at check-in. I'm sure this has been discussed but having trouble searching the boards. Thanks.

depends upon you.

want easy access to the food court/restuarant main pool - then Springs or Grandstand.

want to easy walk over to DTD - then Congress Park.

Spiceycat is right. The only villa we did not like was in the Paddock. We just felt so far removed from everything but some people prefer that. Congress Park can give you an awesome view of DTD. The Springs is very close to the main pool, Carriage House and Artist Pallette. I have not stayed in Grandstand but it is very close to the same things as the Springs. Have a great trip!

I haven't stayed there but my brother has and Loves building 4 I don't know what the building is called. He says the pool, bus and checkin is all across the street.

Not sure what building 4 is but it sounds like your talking about the Springs area.

The buildings aren't numbered. But you can request an area.

Last year we stayed in SSR Grandstand and loved it. We had easy access to 2 pools : the Grandstand's (right in front of our buikding, which number I don't remember), quite big with water games for kids, and by a short walk the main pool also.

If bathing is important to you, then Grandstand may be your choice.

OK I know what was meant but I got a kick out of that!!!
We are planning a trip the last week of Jan. And I am hoping for a 1 Br close to the main pool. Is that the springs?

We have stayed @ Congress Park twice and love the view of DTD. It also is a nice moderate walk to get over to the main pool area...
