Okay I read a lot on the Dis maybe its buried in someones TR but I can't subscribe to another one no that won't be good not enough hours in the day

I would like opinions food porn tell me anything you want to please I wanted to go there based purely on the atmosphere...tell me about the food

We went there in January. It was warm enough to eat outside and the food was great. My kids 19 and 21 are going back there in August. The atmosphere was great. It was quiet but not to quiet. People around us were having a good time.

Thanks Gina did you have a choice inside or out? I want to eat inside I did see in there once and loved the atmosphere being a native New Yorker and owning a horse it just seemed natural to choose What did you all eat ? Can you share more ? Thanks, Ruthie

We did have a choice but the weather was perfect for out side. Most of us had some sort of steak. It was delicious.

I ate there on July 3rd (& the review is in my Dining Report for July 2013)

It was ok. I'm not sure I would go out of my way to eat there but if I was staying at SSR, I would have no problem going there again.

Ate there 3 or 4 times in the last year. Had very good meals and excellent service every time. Used to love their lobster burger but it is not on the menu anymore....sad but true. In May I had the lemon shrimp pasta dish and it was great, others in the group had the fried chicken entree (reported as "pretty good" and DH had some kind of grilled fish....he did everything but lick the plate and my BIL had a steak....also reported as excellent.

We always ask to be seated in doors and it has never been a problem. It is a great place to have a good meal in a quiet place. Service has always been very good....even in May when there were 9 of us and it was a fairly busy night. One of those out of the way places at WDW that we always like to find

Thanks all and I did check out the review...I'm torn not really sure, may just head over there to take pictures at the resort which for me was the main draw.

I loved the carriage house and all the framed pictures of the Disney Horses when I had an opportunity to be there once but didn't have a camera with me at the time Thanks again

We ate there in April. We were only there for one night before going to the Beach Club resort. Dinner was ok. I had the pork chop and my husband had a fish. Both dishes were good. But I agree, unless your staying there I wouldn't make a special trip.
