SSR Survey Card

I received a survey in the mail today concerning our stay at SSR--actually, a link and password to do it online. It gave me the opportunity to tell all about my experience there--from the room to Artist Palette. I held nothing back. I think they really do read these well. Among the issues I brought up were:

-selection at Artist Palette (I'm sure this will improve with higher guest numbers)
-PRICE of sundries there (WAY too high)
-heat of the ground around the pool (burning hot because of the type of stone)
-lack of shade at pool area.

Plus other things. (I mentioned the good things too!) Just glad I had the opportunity to directly state some concerns.

It appears they're really gonna have to take a look at the food selection there. Almost every SSR report I've read mentioned the lack of choices, including us who pool hopped over there one day. We were gonna eat there, but there was such little to choose from!
