SSR Room Request

Hi all,

I'm new to the boards and had a question about requesting rooms at SSR. We'll be there using RCI points from my parents in about 8 weeks , and I wanted to know if I'd be able to fax in a request of a room location. I was able to do this last year when we stayed in POP, but didn't know if the DVC resorts had a different policy. Thanks for any help

DVC resorts don't take faxed room requests. But you can call DVC member services to add your request to your reservation. Your RCI confirmation paperwork should have the phone number for you to call.
