SSR Room Request help

DH and I booked a last minute room at SSR (studio) for a trip next week.

We've never stayed at SSR before, and I'd love some opinions on where we should request a room for online check-in. It's a 3 day/2 night trip more or less to escape the mental drain that is caring for a dying parent, as well as a celebration of our birthdays.

We're rope drop people, and we plan on enjoying the nightlife at DTD quite a bit.

Suggestions?

The Congress Park section is the closest to DTD (10-15 min walk) and has a nice pool and hot tub.

We LOVE Congress Park. We had a DTD view last year when it was just hubby and I ...no kids! The view was amazing.

We are major park commandos/rope droppers...we made it to every rope drop no problem from SSR. In fact...on our check out day we were the first people on Soarin' for the day!! The buses were never crowded and very prompt. I think CP is the third stop so you don't have to wait long for it to leave the resort once you board.

Congress Park for a couples trip. Or Grandstand if you want the 1st bus stop. It's pretty quiet over in Grandstand too, plus a short walk to the main building/boat to DTD.
