SSR refillable mug ?

Does anyone know if the refillable mug station by the Grandstand quiet pool is accessable 24hrs? Do they have a coffee set up there? If it isn't always accessable, what time does it open? Thanks for any help.

no, refills only when the pool bar is open. In july that was noon (despite TV saying 11am) and was always closed when I got back from the parks
I only saw soda refills.

Just soda and only open when pool bar is open, so it closes when there is bad weather as well.
