How much is the rental for the 4 person bikes at SSR?

Do they have showers by one of the pools? We want to make our last day
a pool day. But I want to make sure we can shower before we go to the airport.

They do have showers by the pool (No hairdryers so on trips where I do this, I pack a TINY hairdryer to get my hair somewhat presentable!)

We just stayed there a couple of weeks ago and checked out the spa. They told us in the spa that if you are staying on points (anywhere) you can use the showers in the spa area for free. There is a hot tub/sauna/steam room, towels, the shampoo/soaps/lotion they use in the spa as well as hair dryers to use. They also have lockers and robes!!

Used the spa and it was AWESOME. I told my DH that he should feel lucky I came out. Shampoo, towels, robes. They even have a little machine to spin most of the water out of your bathing suit. I don't know if they allow children or not.
