SSR Question

We have developer points that we are planning to make a reservation with. Our plan is to arrive in Florida on August 12 (around 11pm). We are going to request a 1 night studio for just that night. We are planning to take a 3 dsay Wonder cruise Aug 13 - 16. Then we are planning to request a 1 bedroom Aug 16 - Aug 26.

DH is worried that we may not be able to get these days/nights because we can't make the ressie until January (7 months out). Anybody have any words of wisdom - we are newbies and would appreciate any advice.

Also, since we are driving and planning to stay at SSR for one night before our cruise will we be able to leave our vehicle parked there? Would the staff be willing to store some of our luggage as well for the three days we are cruising?? THANKS!!!

You should be ok at the 7 month mark making these reservations. You will not be able to leave your car at the WDW resort, however. Bell Services should be able to store your luggagge for you though. Since you will have a car with you, you will be able to drive to Port Canaveral and they have parking available there for a charge.

SSR is a large resort, and 7 months out allows enough time to most likely reserve the studio and one bedroom without any problem.

I do not think you will have ANY problem getting a room...As pp stated, the resort is very big...It also seems that the others fill up first..I think you should be fine...Good luck!
