Right now they are offering an incentive to purchase into SSR. If you are new and looking to buy if you have a referral from an exisiting member you can purchse your points at a 15% discount for a total of 83.30 a point from 98 a point. Disney puts that difference towards your down payment and pays the closing costs.
If you are new to purchasing you must buy a minimum of 150 points.

If you are an existing member you also get to take advantage of this 15% discount to buy points for 83.30 a point and must add on a minimum of 120 poitns.
