By "gone to," do you mean submitted for ROFR consideration? If so, do you know a status (or a link to that info such as number of points, how stripped, etc.?)

I can't post any links but I can tell you it has at least current use year points. I'd have to go back and look it up to see if it had any banked points. I'll post when I see if it passes or not .

Wow..those prices can't be beat! We've been debating on adding on through Disney for a long time. Now with the current prices I doubt we will. I just looked at resales and the prices are amazing! I think resale looks like the way to go! The prices for Vero Beach are wonderful. It wouldn't cost much for a small contract. That would work out great. Our 160 AKV would be fine if we did a beach vacation every other year! Hmmm...time to talk to the hubby!

The part that doesn't make sense is the bottom is falling out of the resale market because they are not doing ROFR. Who would pay $120 when they could get it for less than half of that?

would not be aware of the resale market when they are seeeing the presentation for the first time.
