SSR Preferred 1 bed - sleep 5

Can anyone confirm that ALL preferred 1 bedroom villas have the pull down under the TV for a 5 th small person ? My understanding is that all preferred rooms have been completed (or closed for refurb) , thanks ! The Disney website still says sleeps 4 unless you bring your own bedding

Right now I believe they are only using Congress Park. Those are renovated.

I have read that all buildings in the Springs are being worked on. But I don’t know if they will open any up before rehab is finished.

All three building in the Springs are being refurbished right now. So all of Congress Park is complete. So if you book preferred, it will have 5 sleeping surfaces in a 1 bedroom.

SSR officially permitted a fifth person in the one bedroom villas, just like BCV, BWV and BRV. But DVC didn't provide a bed, bedding or towels for the fifth person. So you can book five, but you might be surprised and get an older unrenovated one bedroom.

Yes, but if they've booked Preferred location at SSR, all of the open buildings have been refurbed. The unrenovated buildings are being renovated now and are closed.
