SSR or BCV?

My husband and I are going to Disney in early November. We own at and have ressies at SSR but are considering changing them to BCV. I just had major back surgery in Feb. and should be fully recovered by then but if I'm not, we won't be spending all day park hopping like we do now and will need a place outside of the parks to just relax. Is there any reason for us to stay at BCV this time around and save SSR for another trip??

I don't think there is a reason to stay at one over the other...unless you really want to.

Just keep in mind that early Nov is still the F&W fest. Chances are that BCV is already booked for early Nov. since the 7 month window opened last week.

You might try giving MS a call to see if this is still something you should be contemplating....of course, you can always waitlist.

I would suggest BCV because of the variety of food choices. You have access to YC and BC food facilities and BW is a quickish walk to pick something up. SS, w/ AP, is geared to people going to DTD to eat. That can mean longer waits and longer walks. We stayed at BCV and thought it was very relaxing. The quiet pools are lovely are are the common areas.

I am sure either trip will be great.
