I am wondering how big the fridges are in the SSR Studio rooms? We're staying Sept. 12th-18th and I'm considering ordering some basic groceries (juice, bread, soda, etc.). Is there any freezer space for ice or icecream, frozen dinners? How many cartons of orange juice sized juice cartons could we fit in the fridge?

Thanks for your help!

The studio has a standard, counter height fridge. IIRC, there is a tiny freezer compartment...enough room for 2 frozen dinners? I assume you mean the 1/2 gallon OJ containers...I'd guess you could fit 6...but I might be pushing it.

I would suggest bringing cans of soda since there is a rack for them on the inside of the door. We loved this! As we took one out we just replaced it on the top and we always had cold soda!

I don't know about SSR studio refridgerators specifically but the one at OKW got so cold the Milk was freezing.
So if you bought pints of Ice Cream and put them on the top shelf, the might get soft, but I don't think they would melt. They may even fit in the little freezer box.

We usually keep Milk, OJ, Frozen Waffles and english muffins in the refridgerator when we stay at a studio, and try to not to buy to many need refridgeration snacks.
Entenmann's Cakes may not be Ice Cream, but they are yummy. ;)

Have Fun!

Thanks for your help and I appreciate more comments. Yeah, we'd be placing 1/2 gallon cartons of Minute Maid or eq. juice/punch in the fridge. Probably 4 would last us the week. I'd probably get some soda, maybe some beer :smooth: hehe! Then butter, cream cheese, etc. Nothing too large, just staples. If we check in on Sunday does wegostop deliver then?

Sorry, I don't know anything about wegostop.

6 of the 1/2 gallon cartons may fit, but because of the height, you may have to remove the bottom shelf, not really a problem, they just slide out. AS far as trhe freezer section, they are small, and sometimes they freeze really well, sometimes they leave things soft. It depends on where the temp is set. Personally, I wouldn;t store things that have to be solid, like Ice Cream, especially since SSR is close to Ghiradelli :) But they should store things like frozen dinners safely for a few days.

I hope you guys have a great trip!
