I also agree DVC Mike's considerations.
We picked SSR over AKV for our first DVC contract. For us, it came down to $. SSR was less expensive than AKV and the maintenance fees were less also.
We plan to add on at AKV this summer, but it will likely be a smaller contract than our SSR contract (enough to go 7 days in a 2 BR during summer at AKV).
