Geez...I don't think I will be much help to you! I don't even know about the closing costs..how sad is that? This is would be our 3rd add-on too! I know I have to put 10% down so either it is worked into that or into the loan. I believe the $90 is the "add-on" price but please don't quote me. You can check out dvcnews.com for the latest rates. We finance through Disney with their preferred interest rate and the payment was going to be around $55/month and dues around $18/month. Hope that's right...I can't find my notes now!

Well, I just added on 100 points but I broke it into two 50 point add-ons. Since I am an existing member, there were no closing costs. I put 10% down ($900) and my payments came out to $110/mo. The price was $90/point, that's what 'sucked' me into adding on I had resisted for the last 3 years but this price was just too good to pass up!! Actually less than my original purchase ($98/point in 2005)... But I'm finding that one trip a year wasn't enough
