I don't have a lot of details as this is a work friend of DD's. This man has 6 kids and a wife and looking to possibly renting SSR for a week in March. Can this many even fit? He was planning on going straight to CRO but I wanted to check with everyone here first. If so, what are we talking about pricewise so I can give him at least an approximation. thanks!

I ran a 7 night stay thru the point calculator.............

Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort Two Bedroom Villa 3/12/2006 to 3/19/2006 316

A 2 bdr will sleep 8 and since 6 of them are children, he should have plenty room.

316 points for a week.

HTH!

I was just down there the 8th - 13th and we stayed in a two bedroom. They have two options for two bedroom.. one is a studio and one bedroom together, or a dedicated two bedroom. We stayed in the dedicated two bedroom. Master has a king, the other bedroom has two queen beds and then the living room has a queen pullout sofa. So depending upon the age of the kids, two in each bed, they should be fine. If not, then they have to go to the villa suite that sleeps 12.

OKW might be a better choice. Larger rooms and all the units have 2 queens in the 2nd BR. For SS, only about a third of the dedicated 2 BR and none of the lockoff's have the 2 queen beds. The rest have a pullout as the second bed, either a full size for the lockoff's or a queen size pullout for the other 2/3 of the dedicated units.

If it's 316 points, it would be about $3160.00 at $10.00 per point which is the usual asking price. Some charge more, some charge less. I think they forgot to tell you the price or I missed it. There is no tax or anything else to be added on to that. There is no extra charge for each guest. With DVC, it's the price you work out per point and for the number of points required for that ressie.
