that if you take your own favorite kind of coffee. Don't forget to take some filters. It is the big coffee maker and the filters are the flat cylindar kind.... We forgot......just thought I would remind others.

Yes, funny how a thin piece of paper can throw a monkey wrench into your morning plans

We stayed an extra night at AKV (after I sent back our ownerslocker) and was sans coffee filter. At first I tried dumping out the stuff in the bag and filling it with my fresh stuff (blasphemy, I know, but I was desperate and my concierge access was nil) that did not work, so I used the paper towel trick and that worked better.

I almost knocked on my "neighbors" door (so 1980's) to "borrow" one!

For those interested, the nice thing to know is, that we had the same size coffee maker at SSR, AKV and now at HHI, so those filters are transferable

Just wanted to mention that this info is true for ALL of the DVC resorts. The filters needed are the basket (flat bottom) type.

I can't survive without "real" coffee, so filters & coffee are the 1st things I pack
