SSR Cooking Demonstration

We just returned from a few days at SSR and had the pleasure of attending a cooking demonstration. It was held at the Turf Club and reservations were required. We called the morning of the event and had no problem getting in. There were approximately 15 people attending.

These events are held only twice a month, according to the "events" sheet handed to us during check-in. If you are staying at SSR we highly recommend it, it lasts about an hour.

FYI - Our chef made Whiskey-Maple Salmon.

It was free, the events were scheduled for Thursdays, twice a month. We attended on the 7th, the next is the 21st.
