SSR buses, is it just me????

The buses in general - especially at park opening and closing - provide very bad show. They used to run every 15-20, now they don't consider it a problem unless a guest has been waiting 30 mins or more. .

Well, um, last time I checked, they said buses should be about 20 minutes, so if it extends past that I would say that 30 minutes would be when it was considered a problem? If it shows up at 20 minutes, it showed up when disney said it would. 25 could happen, and 30 would be an issue. I guess you statement confused me.

I mean, you make it sound like I imagined no issues, what should I have been disappointed in? Food places had short lines, and I got waited on in a quick, friendly efficient way. I got checked into both my resorts quickly. Bell services delivered my packages quickly upon my arrival, they came and took my bags to store them when i needed to check out. Boats, buses, monorails all seemed to be running on time.

OK, here you go. DME took me about 1:45 from the time we deplaned til I got to CSR, but we stopped for a bathroom break and I very well could've missed a bus by taking those extra 5-10 minutes. I was still happy with the service. My bags showed up in my room within an hour of resort checkin.

Do I HAVE to find something wrong to make the trip complete? I just dont get it sometimes, I think sometimes people arent happy unless they find something wrong?

I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation. I hope you bought a snowglobe.
I think Disney service is going downhill. you don't. Some people just aren't happy unless everyone else has the same perception as them.

I did not think the buses were bad this past week at SSR. I would use the bus system as a shuttle around the resort. I was at the grandstrand and would take a bus to the paddocks or congress park to play on the playgrounds with my kids. and then get off at the springs to go the the main pool or community hall. Then on the way back I would take the Downtown bus from the springs back to the grandstand. It was nice having them for the shuttle service just in SSR. esp. with a 5, 3, and 1 year old in tow
