Restaurants are spread all throughout Disney Springs; they're not concentrated in any one area.

Currently, all boats dock at the Marketplace (#22 in link below). The Boat House Restaurant is located in the Landings (#15).

The Landings dock is most convenient to the Boathouse, however, since the boats have returned, they are only docking at Marketplace. If you cross the bridge that is just past Rainforest Cafe the walk isn't terrible.

My question is regarding the boat taxi that used to go between the 3 docks. Is this operating?
I need to get from one end of Disney Springs to the other without the long walk.
I understand the resort boats just go to the marketplace.

No they are only running the boats to the resorts and only using the dock that is outside of security.
