SSR and BWV questions

Myself, my partner and 2 friends(all in our 40's) are taking our first trip home March 11-15. The first 2 nights are at SSR and the last two are at BWV(with BW view). Both are 2 bedrooms. I guess my questions about SSR are about the location. Is there any are that we should request to be closer to the bus stop, the store where you can refill your mug, restaurant.... and be in more an adult section(if such a spot exists)? Basically the same questions about BWVs, as well as I know that Disney is "Pepsi free", but is there anywhere close to buy Pepsi products. We're not renting a car, so would either walk or take a cab. I guess now that it's approaching, I'm getting worried because all I remember is how expansive both of these resorts are, and I don't want to fell like we're spending half our trip walking to and from the resort. Any responses/reassurance is appreciated.:)

For BWV, if you want to be close to the bus stop and restaurants, you would want to request "close to elevator". The ones down near Jellyrolls are quite a hike to the bus stop.

SSR has bus stops at each area: Grandstand (great 2nd feature pool with pool bar & drink refill station), Springs (closest to main pool & restaurants), Congress Park (quiet pool & very close to DTD), Paddock & Carousel.

Grandstand, Springs & Congress Park have you closest to food/drinks/etc.

Should you call MS before you go for your specific request, or wait until you arrive?

I would call member services before you arrive, and remind them of your request upon checking in.
Gardengrocer.com will deliver to your villa, yes they have pepsi products!
We ordered snacks, breakfast foods and pepsi. The delivery charge was worth it. We didn't need to rent a car, taxi or take time out of our day to shop. Bell services held our order for us and delivered it to us upon arrival.

Will Bell Services move this along with our luggage? (It wouldn't be all that much and all nonperishables)
