SSR Add on Question

Hi Guys,

I currently own at SSR and am considering adding on 25 points there.
Can anyone tell me how much it will be per point for the add on?

$112 times 25 = $2800. no closing costs.

Direct from Disney, 25 points at SSR would be $112 per point. No incentives for less than 50 points. Also, currently there are no closing costs when adding on direct from Disney.

No closing costs no matter what resort you add on? SSR is my home but I am thinking about adding some GCV points.
