SSR add on info AGAIN....

I saw a post recently that gave the incentives regarding SSR. Can't find it!

If I have a December use year at BCV how would an add on at SSR work for us?

We would add on around 50 points, maybe a little more to cover a 5 night stay first of June in a studio. At least when our BCV contract runs out we would still have the SSR contract for our future grandkids to use for the remaining years left on that SSR.

December use year, 50 points...
Anyone take a guess to if we could use the $10 off with only a 50 point add on?
When would the dues start & payments start if we finance for a December use year?
When would we get our first set of points?
If you take the $10 off credit, you don't get the "extra" points they are offering for other DVC resorts to use, correct?

Do we have to wait to add on for a December use year when they come to that use year sales?

I'm assuming this deal will expire? Or you think they'll have it for awhile?

It's driving me insane, as well. So don't feel bad.

I read on these boards that payments won't start until next April. I have no way of confirming that at this point.

I'm assuming you would have to make the 10% down payment now for any add on.

I don't know what incentives you would get for 50 pts. I think the free pts they are offering start at 100 or 150 pts.

My guide said you can't do both-either the credit or the free pts.

I asked when we would get our pts-he said in April but they could not be used until the resort opens-we have an April use year.

I think you wouldn't get your first set of pts until next year because that is when the 50 years starts but I would assume you would be able to "borrow" them or something if you want to travel to the resort after it opens but before December.

I would think that they would have the deal for a while. Maybe not the same deal but a deal of some sort.
