I'm just kinda curious....

We did an add-on at SSR for 130 points, and got the 2 APs.

Now that they announce the benefit for lower APs price (Thank you, Thank you), do you feel like you got a good deal?

I used the cost of $400 for an AP as part of my analysis as to whether to buy SSR with 12 years, or buy a resale.

I don't think it would have changed my decision, so I'm happy anyway..... But might have done it differently had I known......

Anyone else in the same situation?

Good question. And, to be truthful, I hadn't even thought about it from that perspective. I suppose if I were tabulating the add-on offer down to the penny, it would have made a difference. What I've been considering instead, is the minimal $$ that it will take to upgrade those vouchers to the PAP.

I can't imagine that $200 one way or another would have made much difference in your decision. Frankly, getting the AP's made that a pretty sweet deal, IMHO. Enjoy them and don't worry about the discounted value of the AP's you got for free. :)

and yes it did cross my mind that my cost per point would increase based on the discounted AP's, but my guide told me I could upgrade my AP Vouchers to a discounted PAP after 1/2/05 so I feel this works out in my favor, and I've had the use of those points all these months to make ressies for next year.
