SSPL ?????

I just called MS to get on SSPL for 2002. She said as of today they were discontinuing the SSPL because they found there was enough open space and no need for it- I would have no trouble at the 11 month window. Well I was so surprised I didn't think of asking - what about the 11/7 window? I thought the whole point of SSPL was to allow anyone to go to any resort over the Holiday season. This effectively cuts off the benefit to VB and HH owners and for trading around among VWL, OKW and BWV over the hard to get holiday time. (Rich will have field day with this!)I will email MS for clarification. But for us holiday travellers, it seems even more important to buy where you plan to stay! ( I personally won't be affected, but I'd be upset if I bought somewhere else based on the level playing field of sspl)
