SSPL

ºoº MS advised by E-Mail today that "the SSPL for 2002 is not listed in the system". Can someone bring meaning to this reply for me please? We have a decision coming up regarding the banking of points to a subsequent use year and the 2002 Xmas season is something we would like to consider.

Could it be closed already? I remember a bunch of us requested to be on the list last Fall but since this is my first SSPL I don't know how fast it fills up. I made my request by email also, so that shouldn't be a factor.

When we were on the sspl (Special Seasons Preference List) for Holiday season 1999/2000, we were able to make our reservations more than a year out. That means the list must have closed prior to that. I can't imagine that the 2002 list would already be closed. I would call MS again and ask when the list is available.

The SSPL (Special Seasons Preference List), in my humble opinion is rather useless. I called 11 months out and got a standard studio for the upcoming CHristmas Season.

The SSPL is very good to use if you want to try a non-home resort. I doubt that you'd be able to find the same accomodations at 7 months.

ºoº Thank you all for your comments and advice. I have contacted MS again for clarification of their comments regarding the list! BWV is our Home and I would really like to be there in December 2002 not only for Xmas but for my 60th birthday which is also in December 2002.
