SR Supermember offer -- Juvenile Insurance

Has anyone else done this? Did it credit well? I have scoured the terms and conditions and FAQ and can't tell what I would need to do to cancel if I decided I didn't want to keep it past the first month. Any experience?

I did it. Paid for a monthly plan and it didn't credit. I have a trouble ticket in.
