Has anyone else done the shutterfly for the $7 credit? I did my first order with them on Nov 13 and the credit isn't even pending yet.

I did it over the summer & still haven't gotten credit. I have an active trouble ticket on it yet & I know Tricia has tried numerous times to get in touch with that sponsor/advertiser.
