SR - Shopping Credits Question

Has anyone done an order for DisneyShopping through SR lately?? I did one on July 6th and another one on the 10th and neither of the credits have shown up on my account.

Thought that I would ask.

I think they get them in batches so they might be in the same batch since you shopped so close together. I wouldn't worry quite yet. I know my Target shopping from the 2nd didn't credit until the 10th.

Some merchants are pretty slow at getting the credits out. Disney seems to be one of the worst. Give them two weeks and then file a trouble ticket so Tricia can follow up.

Yeah somethin's goin on with Disney's shopping lately...I've been waiting on a credit from the 27th. And I cant file a TT because it's not showing up in the drop down menu. Im hoping Sunshinegirl and sunshineguy will come to the rescue to fix it soon.

Disney is definitely a little....umm.... difficult on tracking. But it could also be that we have soooooo many more sales for them than any other site we have listed. Wonder why? LOL!

I did have one shopping credit come through. But Im still missing 3 more from Footlocker and old navy.

Disney must have had some troubles around 6/27 because there are several of us waiting for credit from around that date. We can't open TT either because Disney is not showing up in the merchant drop down menu. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
