I think your on to something here, houses sell best when the weather turns nice.

I actually like the monorail's decorated with the TRON decor, I think it looks pretty cool! Does that make me un-Disney? Is that even a word?

well around our house, there are always a bunch that are listed in the summer months, i think houses just show better in the nice weather.

nope it does not make you undisney since it is a disney movie they are prmoting, now if they put advertising for thomas the train on them and you liked it that would be undisney.

I hope so - our condo has been on the market since October without any offers!

I like the Tron monorails too...not too overdone.

i am sure it will pick up soon, with the weather.

very true, there is sometimes too much advertising on the buses while sitting in there. hurts your eyes.

It took us forever to sell our (San Antonio) house too, we also put our house on the market in Oct. But when spring came around the people also came around. Something about looking for a house in the winter just doesn't appeal to many. I guess I can't blame them, it's usually when the winter blue's set in with me.
To be honest when it's winter I don't even want to live in the house I'm in!
Don't worry my Texas Sista! You'll see more people coming in to see your place.

We are planning to get a house - this is the condo I bought before DH and I even lived together, so it is a little small, and we really want our own pool/backyard.

well around our house, there are always a bunch that are listed in the summer months, i think houses just show better in the nice weather.

i am sure it will pick up soon, with the weather.

very good, hung out with friends grilled ribs at there house friday, then grilled ribs at my house on sunday.

also my aunt and god child got baptised this weekend it was an awesome service, i was even crying at the others peoples stories and there reasons for deciding it was time to be baptised very cool service.

hung out with family had a party and just a good time all around

i think it will look kinda neat going through future world especially at night.

My DH is so excited to see the "Tronorail". What do think of the new summer spectacular fireworks and the Main Street Electrical Parade being brought back? My SIL and I are excited because she heard that the fireworks might be similar to the Pirates and Princess party which were suppose to be really good.

Tells how much I've been paying attention...I didn't even realize they weren't having the electrical parade.
I can't wait to see the fireworks show, but I'm not looking forward to the parade. Not my thing, sounds terribly Un-Disney of me, but I never was much on the night time parades. I love the day time parades! Does that make me Disneyfied again?

i like the tronorail did you make that up.
